I had the same issue as another buyer. Not as described or as shown in the picture. I received a single sided plastic tool that does not fit suntour mountain bike suspension fork top caps. I’ve never come across the type of fork that the tool I received would fit but it would need to have a very small top cap. The company did reply to my email and offered a refund if I returned the item or a 30% refund without returning the item.
