Came quickly, packaged well, works great, as advertised! Very nice!

The instructions are a little disorganized. There are multiple assembly options but they aren’t clearly delineated and the page organization is substandard. I did figure it out. It took quite a while to install but function so far is good.

I was incredibly impressed by this from the minute I took it out of the package. It came with instructions that were color printed and had words and pictures. The instructions alone won me over, but the whole thing is sturdy and super versatile in addition to being easy to put together. I can’t imagine the quality is any better on the same type of item for triple the price. Definitely a good choice!

The plastic connectors used to connect the dividers to the base are cheap plastic. They stretch, slide and break, thus not able to hold their positions. As a result, the pans fall on each other, into the side and doesn't work as designed. They started failing after the return window closed, of course. These pieces are very important, their failure renders the entire design worthless.

I have looking for the organizer for a long time and also go to Ross and some grocery shop to see what I want and finally decide to buy this on the amazon it is cheaper than other place.when it comes it is easy to install and I put my pots dishes in to separate layer of the organizer,well it becomes clear for my kitchen compare with previously. Now it becomes enjoyable when cooking since everything is organized .an happy experience.

I get the impression the instructions may have been written by someone who is not a native speaker of English. The most frustrating part of installation for me was having to undo the nuts and bolts on both of the bottom rails after relying on the letters provided in the instructions which referred to which nuts should be used. It was also rather difficult to insert the assembled unit into the cabinet - the back of the unit went in fine, but the nuts on the outside of the rails made it nearly impossible to get the bottom part of the front support into the cabinet. I ended up marring both sides of the cabinet's opening (which I don't mind, as they are not expensive cabinets at all and I am ultimately going to refinish or replace them in a couple years anyway). There just wasn't any way to get the unit in there without causing at least a little bit of damage.The unit itself seems sturdy enough for my purposes. Both top and bottom racks slide in and out relatively easily, and I'm happy overall with my purchase. The sole reason for the three stars is the difficulty of installation.

I guess I am truly a venturist. Bought this one has bad review. In fact, it turns out this rack is quick sturdy. This one replaced the last one I had which also bought from an amazon 4 reviews shop, unfortunately, had only last for 2 months. So far this one is pretty satisfied, but I will come back for it if it has any problem.

I like this product a lot. The only issue I had with it is that I bought it to use only one side and you have to use pots/pans that are big enough so they don't fall through, but light enough to where it doesn't tip over. However, you could probably bolt it or hook it to the inside of the cabinet so you don't have this issue. Overall, I am happy with this product.
