Dont waste your Money... this is crap.. it doesn’t cool.. just warms up a lil bit and makes too much noise..

Most us cars/trucks have cup holders, whoever engineer this never took into account that the cooling fan in the bottom gets blocked by your cup holder, unit works ok outside of cup holder, when placed in the cup holder it does not cool, also if you have it connected to a 12v power supply and place it on a table with a 12oz can it becomes topheavy

Unable to find a secure mount for this product. Cannot use in Prius V cup holders.

Hot or cold. This smart cup keeps coffee hot and ice tea cold. Plug in your cup, add your beverage and get on the highway. It’s a quite smart cup holder. It knows hot from cold. How cool {hot}.

This is a great it keeps my soda/water cold in the summer when I have baseball. Or cold for long trips. Also you can do warm. Great idea works great

I found nothing but cans that were able to fit in this. The temperature settings are celsius only. There’s no way to use it with anything but a pc or car; voltage of wall adapter (not included) is too strong. I’m not buying a coffee cup or carrying cans which spill to easy just to use this device. The majority of the height isn’t accessible; it’s the heater/cooler motor. Very disappointed

Don’t waste your money. If your drink is already hot or cold, it will help maintain its temp. But if you looking to bring temperature up or down, then don’t bother. Also, only one size, should be adjustable in some way.

Pros- It actually works well for the right cup- Temperature display works well- Easy to use- Low amp drawCons- Vents in bottom need to be open for airflow, so be careful with your cup holders in your car as they might block them- Cord a little shortOkay, so the people giving it negative reviews really dont understand the principal in how these work, you need to allow the cooler to remove the heat from the liquid in the cup or add heat. This will not work for insulated or double walled cups since they are designed to prevent this. It will work for pop cans, water bottles ect where its just a single sheet of material between the contents and surrounding area.Having said that, you also need to have as much surface area touching the bottom of the well in the cooler to actually make contact with the cold surface. If youre using pop cans, it wont work as well since its domed in... You get the idea.What you CAN DO HOWEVER is put a little bit of water into the well of this cooler/warmer since it will allow the heat to transfer either way. Its a solid piece of aluminum and there are no holes, ways to drain the water so this is safe.. You only need a little bit though, maybe 1 cm of water.So beyond that, it works extremely well. It does take a while to cool a sit in the sun warm can of pop but itd take just as long in your fridge. This is really designed to keep your beverages cool provided it meets the conditions above. Id love to see a particular set of cups/bottles designed for use in this to maximize the heat transfer... It is what it is.The unit itself feels of adequate quality and uses a reliable peltier cooler inside of it for heating and cooling. This means that the internal fan will need to have ventilation from both the top and the bottom... So you cannot block the bottom air vents... I found this out when using in my truck, it has a rubber inner cup holder type of insert that would block the air, so i removed it to allow it to breath.Anyhow, if you can handle all of these necessary facts of the product, then yes, it works well and I recommend it. It will definitely make driving to the cottage this summer more enjoyable with a cold fizzy drink beside me.

Awkward in the vehicle. Keeps the cup too high and awkward to grab while driving. Great concept but too bulky to be convenient.

Being a bit of a skeptic, I had my reservations about this warmer/cooler, but having used on the regular, I'm quite happy.Included in the box you get the cooler/warmer and a detachable cable attached to a DC plug. The plug was a bit of a nightmare to use as the metal fins on the side were too wide and needed to be bent in a little for it to fit my DC port in the car.This cooler has no problems fitting into the cup holders of my 2010 Toyota Corolla and it leaves enough space for the other cup holder to be available.There are warm and cool buttons on the top of the rim and a LCD display that gives the current temperature of the unit.A fan spins up when in use, but it's quiet and does not distract or interfere with my driving.The unit will cool/heat pretty quickly (a minute or less) and it does have a cool down period if you are switching between the two modes.While it does get sufficiently hot or cool, I have to say that your experience with it will depend greatly on what is holding your beverage.First - if you have any kind of insulated container, do NOT use this product. Not only will it be ineffective, but you'll probably damage your container.Second, because the cool/heat comes only from the bottom of the unit, some containers will not heat/cool efficiently due to their bottle/container design.Your mileage will vary, but using this cooler/heater is far better than nothing if you want to keep your soda or coffee at a nice temperature.Overall, this product does work as expected but your results may be hit-and-miss depending on what you're trying to heat/cool.
