I got this for my 10yr old daughter. She has flat feet and complaned about ankle pain after sports. We are waiting for authorization from our insurance so that she can get a pair of customized insert. I need a pair temporarily at this time. I found this product on Amazon. The size kind of running small. My daughter wear size 2-2.5. Since I don't want to cut it, so I bought size 13-2. It's 1 cm short when put in her size 2.5 sneakers. Then I bought size 2.5-4.5 and it fits perfectly. Some people reviewed the insert is too thick. I think they didn't take the original insert out of the shoes before putting this in. I bought under armor sneaker for my girl and it's very easy to take out the original insert. Then I put this in. It's perfect. I daughter wear it to volleyball game yesterday and she didn't mention any pain when coming back.

Love these inserts for my kiddo! My kid had very bad over pronation and these inserts did the trick to correct his foot placement and allow him to walk with a normal gait. We slowly introduced the inserts as they can make the childs feet sore in the beginning but after a few weeks he was fine and wearing them any time he had shoes on. He now has normal footing when walking barefoot and our PT attributes part of that to these inserts.

I paid $250 (ouch) for my son to be fit for non custom orthotics through a medical company. He’s 4 (over pronation on one foot) and obviously quickly outgrew them before one year. A physical therapist gave me the info that I could find the exact same brands or cheaper ones yet same quality online so I started doing research. I’m shocked that these are literally the exact same product for $23. Buy them you won’t be disappointed!

Like seriously these are so well-made I wasn’t expecting them to have such a good arch and it’s a comfy Arch support not hard as a rock art support which is nice cause it’s not gonna cause more pain to the middle of my son’s foot he hasn’t had any foot pain since he started wearing it I don’t understand why they don’t make these for adults because all arch supports insoles should be made this way

Great fit for my son. He currently wears a US size 12.5 these inserts we placed into a size 13 shoe for room to grow with no need to trim them down. He had no complaints about comfort and wears them with no reluctance or complaint. My husband is a Physical Therapist Assistant and he says they make a good foot alignment. I say they are worth the buy as compared to other orthotics ranging $60+

We bought these for our 10 year olds sports driven son. It’s football season and he was complaining of heel pain that would creep up to the back of his knee after practices. We iced, applied heat, some OTC topicals. But they only helped for after pain. He noticed the first time wearing these that they had made a big difference and his pain was minimal. They are easy to cut down to size as well. Will definitely buy a new pair when they wear down. But we’re on week 2 and these are holding up great!

Our son pronates so these insoles were necessary to provide him the support that the insoles that came with the shoes did not. They are a great value for the money. The insoles that were being sold at the shoe store were more than the shoes themselves!

My 10 year old daughter is flat footed and her ankles constantly hurt, especially while doing sports. We decided to try these. They fit on her normal size shoes snugly, and the shoe still fits her feet. She did complain at first, but quickly got used to the feel and noticed that they helped with her ankle pain. Fast forward a few months, and she doesn’t complain about ankle pain anymore. Good product.

After scrolling through hundreds of insoles for my child I come across these at a fantastic price. I was sceptical as I thought you only get what you pay for. I was completely wrong. My son is a bit flat footed and I put these in his shoes and slippers, instantly his posture looks better, and I'm very hopeful they will help correct it with time. My 5 year old said they feel bouncy and comfortable. You can cut the product very easily with scissors to fit their shoes and/or slippers. So glad i bought these and 100% recommend them, great price and fast delivery. Thank you

Fantastic insoles. My son has insoles provided by orthotic department of NHS. This has proved difficult during the pandemic due to no appointments for fitting. These are exactly what he needs. They are cheap enough to change regularly and to have a pair for each pair of shoes. Very comfortable. Don’t think we will waste time or NHS resources in the future now we have discovered these! Some reviews have marked them down as they push the heel/foot up and out of the shoe - I would say that if your child needs these insoles then get shoes with a higher bit behind the heel to fit them. Brilliant, 5 starts for comfort and fit. It’s still early days with these so I’m not sure about durability but so far so good!! X

Speaking from our experience this had been brilliant. I was sure it was plantar fasciitis pain my son and these gave him symptom relief straight away. Used for a few months now. Ordered another pair for indoor school trainers. I'm not a fan of flat pumps for school anymore. I would say about the sizing complaints I read- you have to find a shoe/trainer with a high back to fit the insole, and take the original insole out. This is what a podiatrist tells us to do. I have NHS insoles & it's just the same. The insoles are treatment. But it's well worth the initial effort.

My son has been suffering with growing pains and pains in his feet and lower legs. It took a day or two for him to get used to the insole in his trainer but we have not looked back and he hardly ever suffers from pain now! This is our second pair of insoles! Thank you.

Not good at all for school does. Once inserted into my daughter's shoes her heel was basically out of the shoe. Far too thick, almost like a heel inside the shoe.The arch is far too big, so big the heel doesn't actually touch the insole.
