Very Nice Quality and Worth the Money

Magnet is really quite powerful and will make clips jump off the desk. Clips don't have any tangling problem. Dish is fairly heavy as stated. Dish diameter inside rim is 3 inches.It's not huge but not small either. I might put self-adhesive non-skid pads on the bottom, but it's not necessary. Finish is bright and shiny, colors vibrant.Exactly as advertised. I'm pleased!
