I'm allergic to bees and this past summer had plenty of beehives to take down. While using the net over my face along with gloves long sleeves and other items, I was safe and not stung. I recommend these to anybody dealing with bees

I use it around the yard when the bees are upset for a few days after bee collection and honey collection.I would not use it for bee inspections, as any light breeze or bending over can get the veil in contact with the nose and ears. The bees could also find their way to get under the veil. For inspection, I use a veil attached to a jacket or suit.It is a great value - cheap (2 for 8), easy to put on and off, good visibility, and light duty.

I'm not a beekeeper, however I recently moved to a place where there are lots and lots of critters! Both flying and crawling therefore I am always waving my arms in an attempt to keep them away from me. This works perfectly! It gave me the security that I needed to go outside and keep my stress at bay.

Economical & will protect me from poison when doing yard work.

Worked as intended, there were a few times I forgot I was wearing it and tried to drink water. Hahaha. It could use a chin strap to keep it from falling off your head when you lean over/down.

I purchased for dog grooming and I loved it, I had to take the wire off the hat, but that was for my personal needs. They block fine hair just fine, I imagine they would be great for bees

We love to night fish but would not because we hated the mosquitos flying around our face and eyes. We like our mosquito veils because the wide rim hat keeps the mesh veil away from your face and now the mosquitos cannot get to our face. We wear clothing that covers are entire body and now we cover our face and neck too when we go night fishing. .

I thought this would be sturdier but this almost looks like a knock off Halloween costume piece. Too good to be true. I needed something stronger for hornets.
