This book bolsters on the various diets and the healthy recipes that one should have for a healthy body. The main course raw meals and with it the cooked ones too. The extra added tips are very beneficial. I feel it's a wholesome book in its own right.

I wish there was more to it than just an introduction and recipes. I thought I would be getting an actual meal plan. However, the raw till 4 diet is easy to follow and simple to plan and the abundant recipes really help in the process. Overall the book is a great buy!

Raw till 4was created by Freelee the banana girl and is supposed to be low fat raw/high carb vegan.The recipes in this book uses nuts and seeds,something lfrv or lfhcv do not use regularly. Also the authur never credits Freelee,nor does he explain what raw till 4 is really about.

Stolen idea
I did not buy this book nor would I. I cannot believe that this author would steal Freely the Banana Girl’s idea. Just reading the reviews it sounds like he is not even getting the diet right. Pass this book by and get the real thing from Freelee.

Really useful recipe book
Very impressed with this one. I'm sure we will use it often. Liked it so much I searched for any other books by this author. Useful recipes - and I'll be using most of them. Fab.

Healthy dieting the quick and easy way.
This book advocates the raw till 4 principle in a way that is appealing and satisfactory. The recipes are very enticing and while I haven't tried them all yet, the ones I have tried are very nice indeed. My favourites are the breakfast recipes, especially the Banana Coconut Pancakes - yummy! Basically in this diet you can eat anything so long as it's raw. This is better than your standard diet guide because you don't have to count the calories. Therefore I recommend it for people who are busy and would like a quick fix to healthy eating that doesn't require complicated charts, calculations and timetables.
