My husband has skin cancer and if he wants to swim outdoors, he has to completely cover up. These tights do the trick nicely. Good quality. His last pair was worn for 2 or 3 yrs before giving out.

I am very happy with this item. It does great job blocking the sun. I use it for kite surfing. The only (small) problem is that it is not tight enough at the bottom so during kite surfing the lower part of the tights goes little bit up and I need to pull it down back.

Fits nicely, feels nice, and prevents sunburn when used for a few hours or less. I didn't try to wear it for a long time.

I bought these for my husband. He said they were comfortable and he didn’t get burned. The only complaint was they’re a bit loose at the ankles. He’s 5’10”, 220lb. We bought a large.

The pants seem fine. They were looser than expected at the leg openings making them more of a nuisance than a help to putting on a wetsuit. As a rash guard they may work better. Still keeping it in the rotation but not with a wetsuit.

This was a lifesaver for my trip to Hawaii where I was cruising in the sun-filled waters all day. The only thing that knocks down a star is that the ocean smell has stuck with it after washing multiple times. It makes it slightly less bearable when I put it on, but overall not a deal breaker. It’s a great fit if you have relatively medium legs.

I purchased these for my husband to wear on a Baja cruise. He is 5’11”/220. He has large thighs and calves and these fit great (not tight). If you have thin legs, they may be too loose.

Less than one hour in the pool, and I managed to burn right through these pants. They were slightly better than nothing, but not much.The waistband is extremely uncomplimentary and somehow makes it look like I have an enormous beer belly.*** UPDATE ***I bought a competitor's pants and managed to tan through them. That means that the problem must be me - for some reason my calves seem to react to the sun. I'm still not thrilled with the fit, but I wanted to update this: my initial rating was not fair.
