Bag came fine, looks good enough and does what it's supposed to. It has a variety of pockets and what not, which is convenient. It's a decent enough bag, especially for the price, and I really don't mind it other than the zipper issue. The lack of customer service, and the fact that they sent a service card of which is basically useless, is frustrating.One of the pockets is on the front face, under the flap when you lift it. I had hardly had the bag before the seams on the zipper started to become loose, and the metal broke. I figured I was being negligent and I had busted it, but I hadn't put anything in that pocket other than a few pens. Then another spot on the zipper broke, so I figured either my bag had a bad zipper or the zipper was a cheap material.Either way, the bag came with a service card that had a link to their homepage, and guarantees on their product. I went to the link, and it doesn't exist. Estarer.com isn't a valid domain. Odd. So I googled it and their domain is actually estarershop.com. I contacted customer support and told them what had happened, and asked if they would honor any of their service promises. No response. I tried again two weeks later. No response. I tried again a third time and now I figure I'll just let other people know and see if Amazon will do anything instead.You get what you pay for, for sure.

The bag is a perfect size for me. The craftsmanship is good and I see this bag lasting awhile.My only complaint is the coloring. In the pictures the bag appears to be a more denim color but mine has a slight purplish tint to it (not enough to make me not want to use it). Otherwise I would definitely give this bag 5 starts.

I was looking for a new laptop messenger bag. One with a lot of pockets since i sort of use it like an everyday/everything carry bag. I actually accidentally ordered this one as I was looking and also ordered a different bag (Modoker) which I preferred. This bag did have more pockets, but it was a bit bigger than I was looking for and the front flap of the messenger bag was firm (felt as if it had cardboard in the fabric) which made it very uncomfortable for me. I sent it back since it was an accidental purchase and I overall didn't personally like it (I much preferred the Modoker model which was a bit smaller and had the typical soft, flap.

I love these bag as it has so much storage space, and generally I can fit everything I need for the day in the bag including a water bottle and some food. It is very well made, and I am very happy with the purchase

Love this bag! You can easily fit laptop, tablet and other electronics in it with a lunch bag. It has many zip-pockets. So there's plenty of room for keys, wallets, etc. The canvas is sturdy and high quality. Wanted something more classy than the backpack I was using. Would definitely purchase again.

This is great for carrying everything I need for class. It will even carry my 1000+page 10+lb textbook, though I don't take it often. It has room for all of my EDC like pens and small notebooks and the laptop compartment is great for my iPad and loose papers. I've only been using it for 3 months but it has held up great so far.

Everyone at work asks me where I purchased this bag. At first I didn't want to tell them because then everyone would have it. But I didn't be selfish and told them. I love this bag lots of compartments and yes very stylish.

Bought this for my daughter for high school. She's been using it for about 2 weeks now and likes it. We really like the material the outside is made of and the lining isn't bad either. It can get a little uncomfortable wearing it for longer periods of time even though she doesn't carry a lot. It does have lots of easily accessible storage. 10/10 would buy again.
