Beautiful book great for anyone

I purchased this for the benefit of my adult ESOL students. Installation requires having Apple Quicktime in whatever computer you install it in. The option for installing Quicktime included in the CD did not work so well in a computer which has Windows 7. But I downloaded a newer version of Quicktime and installed it, selecting costume settings which allowed me to install picture viewer with it. After that, I finished the installation of the Heinle Picture Dictionary. I works perfect. This is a very good tool for learning/teaching English!

Very nice organization and pictures. Intended for those learning English, but can certainly be used to study Korean vocabulary. Unlike in some other picture dictionaries, the words in Korean are not tiny-sized, and are printed in a darker blue that is readable.

This is a great vocabulary-building program for beginning ESL students. I've used it before in institutional settings, but this is also a good review tool for more advanced students in EFL settings. The program is simple to navigate and offers a variety of interactive exercises and activities. It's also a great option for whole-class projection purposes.

I don't really think this is all that useful for beginning language learners. There are word searches and short reading selections, as well as other activities, for each section, and the reading selections are dictated aloud. But I wouldn't spend much money on this if I were you.

英語の絵辞典を探していました。CD6枚組で1000円もしなかったので、とても不安でしたが他の方のレビューでちゃんと6枚組だったとあり、とりあえず購入しました（2016年11月）CD到着後、ちゃんと6枚入っているのを確認してから絵辞典「The Heinle Picture Dictionary　英語／日本語版」を購入しました（笑）良い買い物でした。

HeinleのPicture Dictionary第２版の２カ国語版（English／日本語）と合わせて購入しました。はじめ、ＣＤ１枚あたりの値段かもしれないと、おそるおそる注文したのですが、ちゃんと６枚セットの値段で、ぎゃくにうれしいおどろきでした。英語のみの音声で、Picture Dictionaryにでてくる各シーンの例文と4000語あまりのすべての単語を順に発音してくれます。書籍だけだと、発音が不安になりますが、このＣＤを合わせて買えば、その不安は払しょくできます。
