I noticed that you have to use it and let it sit until you feel the cooling all over your head before applying a relaxer, but it works! I like the feeling that I get having sensitive skin and not being able to take relaxers without it. I have been using this for about 15 years and haven't found anything else that works quite as well.

I recommend this product to all women who experience irritation of any kind with relaxing their hair!!! I was able to process my entire head without any discomfort. Awesome product!
