Neil Med Nasa Mist Multi Purpose Saline Spray All in One, 6.0 ounces (Pack of 2)

I have been using Neil Med products for a very long time and they have helped withwith my chronic sinusitis and sinus infections. Truly wonderful product!

I love this product. I use it daily and sometimes several times a day. I use a cpap which drys me out. This really helps relieve some of that dryness

I bought a two-pack of the Neil Med Nasa Mist Multi Purpose Spray All in One spray. The first can worked great and I really liked it. The second can didn't work well at all. It only sprayed air and no liquid. Shaking the can indicated that there was plenty of liquid on the can because you could hear it, but I couldn't get any liquid to spray. I called Amazon.com and I was refunded the full amount because the product is listed as not returnable.. I ordered another set to give it another try. I told the Amazon representative I was going to reorder and hoped I wouldn't have to call back due to another defect.

I was not impressed with the effectiveness of this spray. I find the device hard to press down on to get a spray going. Then, the only thing the spray does is moisten the nostrils which is good, but it doesn't have the effect of a syringe or netipot which is to fully flush through the sinuses.

No aerosol gas.

Got 4 washes out of the $9.99 can. Not worth it.

I find this to be the best for a dry nose.
