New Electrical Connector
The new connector is compatible with the old plug, so no problem. Installed just like the old one and is working well.

EZ PZ - perfect fit.
Solved my issue with water seeping in the bottom of the dishwasher. It was easy to install though I wasn't sure how that new black connector was supposed to work so popped it off and was able to shove the old white connector back on. Make sure you turn off your water source first and put some towels down to soak up the water coming out of the supply hose. Other than that - a 15 minute job.

Direct replacement. Fixed leak at inlet.
Buggered up the inlet threads on my Whirlpool's inlet so bad that it leaked no matter what. This one was a direct fit at a far better and cheaper price for the same part. Direct fit and so far is working fine. For $20 or so this saved a $500 dishwasher or a $120 (or more) call to a plumber.Longevity is unknown. But no leaks so far. I used thread tape and a new 1" rubber washer for installation and very gingerly put on the brass fitting.Only gripe is that like the original, it's plastic. Which is ridiculous.

Dishwasher Water valve
Dishwasher water valve. Installed and works fine. It was not the correct model number for my dishwasher but looked the same as my old one so I took a chance and ordered it. There is a minor difference with the electrical connection but was an easy fix.

Very easy to install. Exact replacement on Maytag Dishwasher
My Maytag dishwasher was filling up with water slowly when not in use. I did some research and it pointed me to a few possibilities, with this inlet valve being a possible culprit. It was the cheapest to replace and the first point of entry for the water so I went with it. It was a very, very easy replacement. One screw to remove, the water supply line to remove, the outlet water tube connection to remove, and the electrical connector to unplug. It took all of five minutes to remove the old one and install this new one. It was an exact fit and replacement for my Maytag dishwasher model MDB4949SDM .

Quality replacement part, fast shipping
Overall this product did exactly as it was designed to do. The installation was somewhat of a pain simply because of the access panel being so tiny but once installed and tested the part worked perfectly and the dishwasher no longer makes the noise it had been.

Part broke in 2 months, spewing water all over
The old water valve on my dishwasher was hit and miss as to whether it would work or not. The old valve would throw an error message to the dishwasher (Whirlpool Gold), the lights would flash, and we'd reset the error. So replaced it with this part in mid-December 2020.Two months to the date of receiving the new part, the valve failed catastrophically, splitting in half and sending hot water all over the newly installed wood flooring. Hopefully the floors won't be too damaged (the fans are blowing as I write this). For those shopping for parts, perhaps this is an anomaly. It looked like the old part, but clearly lacked any durability. Caveat emptor.
