Pours nice,looks nice,tastes nice.
Oil is excellent -very pleasant gold/green colour.Viscosity is just right.Pours like a good quality oil.Taste is excellent .No heavy notes .A nice homogenous blend of flavours.An excellent salad oil or for dipping good chunky bread into the oil/balsamic pool.I like the idea of a tin - the light through glass would discolour the oil.However, my tin was delivered so badly beaten about, I thought about returning it.I've got used to the dents and scatches..
