I'm a 6' tall woman and so far it's working out great for my workouts. It came with a pump and spare parts.I also have two little ones that love to play with it during my other work out activities.The material feels thick and resistant. Should last us a good while. Especially with it being played with by my two little ones: 4 & 2 year old. I would highly recommend.

I am a large man and it is holding up well it's stable. The pump hose had an opening in it but I was able to use a powered pump I would recommend that as it takes a lot of air lol. I felt my back go into the right place just laying on top and completely relaxing it's great especially if you have trouble getting on the floor you can sit on it as a desk chair as well but I would a size just under for that!

As for its use as a yoga/exercise ball, I can't tell you anything because frankly, I just wanted a giant ball for play time with the kids. And they love it. It leads to a lot of laughs and good times. Easy to inflate, it's sturdy for kicking/punching and all general abuse that comes with rough housing. And I suppose you do get some exercise when everyone's chasing after this monster ball to see who can kick it next. I recommend it for this purpose.

I thought I purchased the larger size. But I guess I didn’t. I’m on the large size so I’m not sure how well this is going to work for me but I do have kids that can use it and my boyfriend may be able to get some use out of it. It’s solid, feels sturdy. A lot like the one k purchased years ago. (it was stolen from me) It came with everything needed to blow it up I am happy with my purchase.

It's hard to blow up. and needs to have air added every once in a while. It does come with a pump so that is great. I love my ball. I can do a lot of different exercises with it. Sometimes, I use it instead of a chair.

I needed a ball to do my physical therapy exercises. It seems sturdy so far, but it is smaller than anticipated. I used the guide posted for the product to determine the size. Maybe I've been using exercise balls too big for me this whole time?

I have a bad back and absolutely have to exercise daily. This ball has helped greatly reduce the pain I experience, is durable, easy to keep clean and pays for itself in one use as I don’t have to drive to my physical therapist. So five stars.

Comprei especialmente para um tipo de exercício de fortalecimento interno das coxas e funciona. A peça é bonita, resistente (segundo especificações aguenta até 150 kg, ou seja, é possível sentar na bola). Fácil de encher. Como sempre, a Amazon entrega antes do prazo.

Seriously? There's no way this ball will take 900kg. We had a Togu before that was rated at about 500kg(?), and it was much better and priced about the same as this one (roughly 20 euroes). This one has a much more rubbery and sticky feel to it (in a bad way; in my book) than our old Togu (that had a more solid feel to it). I was looking forward to this black BalanceForm Antiburst ball, but I'm rather dissapointed. :/Let's see if the cats can burst this one too... might consider to give it one more star if it can take our cats jumping on it with their claws out.....!PS! The really bad/annoying odur/scent it has in the beginning does fade in a few days, but it was baaad and funky smelling.
