This WORKS!! my cat became swollen, lethargic and simply would stay still most of the day. at times he felt like a balloon ready to pop. finally i noticed his urine was so strong he had a vet check, and his ammonia levels were extremely high. It is a painful situation for them.I smear about a lima bean size into his fur on his paw (he ran the first few times, slinging it everywhere) then i tried smearing it into his mouth, he had to take it then. When he realized it made him feel better, he willingly took it. He lost much of that fluid, his urine was normal pH and he could run and play again. He was a happy cat.

My first prescribed this product for my CKD cat who has urinary crystals. She's not wild about the product which is a thick sticky goo like hairball paste, but it's important for her to have it so I get some in her mouth and wipe the rest on her front legs. She's been having this for over a year now and along with her Phos Bind her numbers are remaining stable. I think it really helps and recommend it.

I'm using this as a preventive medicine so my male cat won't get crystals. He's a big fan of dry food but usually eats canned. We just started today and happy to report that this stuff tastes great to him. He's even asking for more!

Everyone who owns a cat should have this in your home. My female cat has crystals and if I see her jump from one litter box to another I know there's a problem. I give her about a 1/4 tsp and the next day she is all better.
