THOR Kitchen Cast-Iron Double Burner Griddle BBQ Plate - Model RG1022

Heavy but not too heavy, ready to grill on this.

The description on Amazon does not include the fact that this griddle is porcelain coated. I was going to return it as I did not want a porcelain coated griddle. I did not get any reply from the manufacturer when I attempted to to notify them. I decided to try it out and to my surprise it performed perfectly. I am able to make omelettes and crepes on it as well sear a steak on it. Food releases on it better than most of my seasoned cast iron. I have had it for a couple weeks now and have been using it on my gas range just about every day. It easily spans two burners. It cleans up easily and quickly after use and it does not require oil after washing. I like this griddle and recommend it without hesitation. Just be advised mine came porcelain coated and as I haven't had a response from either Amazon or the manufacturer I don't know if that is normal or a mistake but I am very happy with it.

Just got it, used it once, it fits great, I like how it sits on top of the grates, it gives you more usable griddle/grill surface, and is cleaner in my opinion. Everyone with this stove should get this accessory.

Un boxed the griddle ran a course of avocado oil at about 600 degrees for five minutes and it was ready to cook on. I recommend for those small meals.Our first meal was sausage, potatoes and eggs.
