JEC Ltd. produces both the Mademoiselle Papillon ("Miss Butterfly") and Anak Jujur ("Happy Child") brands of clothing. These brands were born in Japan in 2003 and have been pleasing parents and children ever since. Mademoiselle Papillon and Anak Jujur prorducts are designed in Japan and made in Indonesia. The words "Mademoiselle Papillon" come from the French language and mean "Miss Butterfly". The words "Anak Jujur" come from the Indonesian language and mean "Happy Child" (meanings also include "Honest" and "Truthful"). Quality, comfort, attention to detail, and hand-crafting of each product are our hallmarks and make our products unique. Each clothing item is made from 100% cotton in order to provide the utmost in comfort and our colorful and cheerful silk screen illustrations are hand-applied, layer by layer. Some designs also receive their final touches by craftspeople using hand-held brushes. Handcrafting is a key component of our process and is also used in the creation of each of our embroidered patches. Our embroidered patches are made by skilled craftspeople who carefully position and guide each stitch of each patch, one at a time. The use of 100% cotton, hand-applied illustrations, and the hand-crafting of our decorative patches all combine to ensure that each clothing item is a one-of-a-kind treasure for your one-of-a-kind child.
