Pond Lights, Waterproof Underwater Light IP 68 Submersible Spotlight with 36-LED Bulbs 8W Multi-Color Spot Light for Aquarium Garden Pond Pool Tank Fountain Waterfall

I unpacked and tested the lighting set and initially was very pleased as the lights seemed bright, clear and colourful LED units. I then unraveled the cables and laid the set out on the ground before fitting to the pond only to find that the cable lengths were not uniform with some cables between lights shorter than described and not equal. The cable from the first light to the plug adapter is just too short and required me extending it. I then went ahead to fit the lights to the pond, unfortunately the suction cups were useless and would not adhere to the pond walls and just kept popping off which was very irritating. The positive buoyancy of the light heads meant that, if you wanted to place the lights beneath the water surface, the upward force further dislodged the suction cups resulting in the lights bobbing on the surface.I had to fashion mounting arm fixings and cable tie the lights to them; after overcoming the fixing issues the lights turned out to be quite effective and have become a welcome addition to my pond, but, beware before purchasing that the provided fixings are useless and you will need to devise an additional fixing strategy.

When I received this item I was very disappointed that the item received was not the same as in the description & differed significantly in the connection of the mains plug to the lights the connection is NOT IP68 as shown but a cheaper interior style connector which would be suited to an indoor setup, unfortunately I purchased this for an outdoor garden pond. In addition its also my opinion that this item is cheaply made & the lights are not powerful enough to highlight the intended area... I reached out to the suppler (Amatt) & sent requested photo's but have to date had no further contact from them.
