Large 9" x 8 1/4" Orange Foam Decorative Solid Pumpkin, Halloween Crafting, Decor and Party Supplies, Great for Fall, Thanksgiving and Other Holiday Occasions

I live in the South. That means fall comes but the days are still hot. You want to put out pumpkins in September but they rot. I had a very realistic looking pumpkin I would put on my porch railing, but it came unglued & I was looking for another one. I ordered this orange dude, not sure how happy I would be with it. I love it! It looks so real! Even the stem. It came in an Orient Express box, so at first I thought it was a delivery for someone else. When I looked, my name was on the address label. It was well packaged. A box inside a box. I do not want or plan to carve it, as I decorate more with a fall harvest theme that I leave out until the end of November. I believe it is exactly 8 inches as described. I wish they had an even larger size pumpkin to display with it. I had not been able to find one locally, was happy to find this one. A one time pumpkin purchase that will last for years.

Made pumpkin couple for daughter's wedding. Very cute and easy to paint.

Pumpkin looks real and it won’t rot in our hot south Florida weather.My only issue is that I ordered 2 pumpkins and only received 1. Still waiting to hear from the vendor.

Carvable foam pumpkins are meant to be hollow like a jack-o-lantern. These are solid foam, making them very difficult to carve. It's made with bead foam, which tends to crumble when carved

The size and shape were perfect. Even the brownish color worked because we decorated it like a turkey. It made a perfect body!

I was under the impression these were "funkins" ie. foam carving pumpkins. They are not. They are solid steyfoam and cheap to boot. Drop one and it will dent. The pumpkins are from Oriental Trading Co. Known for cheap trinkets. I am mad that I paid so much for cheap and ultimately worthless pumpkins now. I was going to carve them but now I don't know what the heck to do with these 6 pumpkins, one of which is cut into because I didn't realize it wasn't hollow!
