CliffsNotes RICA: Third Edition, Revised (CliffsNotes Test Prep)

I’ve been using this book to prepare for my upcoming testing. So far, so good. I like the explanation of the answers and how detailed it is.

Practice tests are great, really reflect the type of questions on actual test.

This book was pretty helpful for the RICA. It's best to read it a few times and take lots of notes but it's a great tool in addition to other things you may need.

Got this because I didn’t pass the first time on the Rica. This helped me so much! Passed it!

Unlike the Cliffnotes book for the CSET Multiple Subjects, this one does not offer any content to study and prepare for the exam. It provides generic test-taking strategies for multiple choice questions and covers the test structure along with some time management tips but in terms of having actual content such a reading instruction strategies and terminology not at all is offered in this book. Even the practice tests weren't great like the multiple choice questions were ok but the essay questions were not accurate to the actual exams in fact not even similar to the practice test on the CTC website and TeachersTestPrep. I would recommend Ready for RICA by James J. Zarrillo instead.

This book helps me prep for the test. The multiple choices were great. I wish there were more practice case study.
