Q: Is it really clear? Cant wear earrings for work so i want a guage that you cant even notice

Yes they are clear enough to be unnoticeable.

Q: How come it says in the description comfortable to sleep in ? But at the bottom it says avoid while sleeping🤨

I think this may be a typo. S oft silicone is great to sleep in as it's not recommended to sleep in hard metal, plastic, stone, and wood gauges. The weight and lack of flexibility on harder materials can hurt your ears while sleeping while soft silicone allows the ears to move and bend naturally. HOWEVER, it is not recommended that you wear silicone gauges for any extended length of time due to them holding onto bacteria and bc the material is much softer they can cause your holes to shrink over time. I recommend sleeping in silicone tunnels once your ears are fully healed from stretching and cleaning them daily with dial antibacterial soap daily before putting them in. If you are going to wear silicone for an extended amount of time clean them daily and as with any other plugs use a gentle safe lotion to keep your holes moisturized with something like Aveeno. Unfortunately due to metal allergens I can only wear plastic and silicone and I prefer silicone. Just keep them sanitized daily and you will be fine.
