Not sure if I'm too advanced for this set, but I didn't find them challenging at all. I actually started doing PiYo with the heavy band and was surprised at how much stretch it had (or am I just that strong?), anyhoo, if you're just starting to work out with bands, then this is great for you and as you level up you can graduate to the tighter bands, but if you're looking for a challenge this isn't the set for you.

Got these for my daughter, she loves them! The loose strap along with the loops is great because it can be used for different exercises. Happy with our purchase.

This is a great buy for the price. Bands make for a great workout at home. I like all the different lengths and resistance for a full body work out.

Love these resistant band set! I can already see a difference on my butt lol I really love the challenge that I go through with these bands. I had to start small and I am now working on the heavy band and I feel very accomplished😁

I like the quality of them, I think I’m doing something wrong, they roll ALLL the way on my legs. I have thick thighs and they are not laying flat. I will update my review when I figure it out. Maybe someone can tell me the best way to stop them from rolling.
