This pillow is the best! I used it every time I fly. Airplane seats are so uncomfortable for me as they offer no lumbar support. For years, I would have to ball up a sweatshirt to put behind my back every time I flew. Then I got this pillow and it was a game changer! I love how you can adjust the firmness of it depending on what you need that day AND it rolls up into a little bag. I'm so happy I found this pillow!

I recently had a back injury that I thought would force me to cancel a trip to Europe. I bought this and ended up taking it with me everywhere. It made a huge difference on the flight and packs up small enough to fit in a small bag, so I was able to bring it on buses and trains, and into pubs and restaurants. At night, I could use it for side sleeping to put between my knees to help my back as well. I can't recommend it enough. I'm still recovering and I bring it with me to work and in the car whenever I am a passenger and don't have adequate lumbar support. I love that I can roll it down small and adjust the size as needed. Great design! It has held up well with a month of near daily use. Two thumbs up from me!

I bought 2 of these because my spouse and I both have lower back issues. I've been using mine ever since it arrived and find it quite comfortable. My husband has found it to be extra painful to his especially troublesome back. Maybe when his current pain has subsided some, it'll be more comfortable for him. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because we both had problems getting the caps off and back on. It was easy to fill just by squeezing.

This small but mighty pillow helped my lower back on the plane and also served as a pillow for up against the window! Everything Ive been looking for! It has small pieces of foam inside that create a comfy cushion.

I took this on my recent trip to New Zealand. It was super comfortable on my domestic flights, and it supported my back very well. I liked how it clipped on, so I could walk around with it. It will inflate more after you get into the air, so don’t over inflate it while you are on the ground. The shredded foam adds some soft extra support in addition to the air you blow into it. Well worth the comfort for the inexpensive price tag, and it rolls up nice and small. If you are a very large male, this may be too small for you. But it’s perfect for a female or average size male.

Absolutely amazing travel support/pillow! Used it on my flights, and works great as a back support in the airport chairs. Then a great pillow if used as a sling. *Note: Don't over inflate when flying due to pressure.

Great item, comfortable, only thing I would recommend is for the belt to have a clip to close the belt. It has an elastic belt and you have to step into it or put it over your head.I put a clip attachment on mine and it is 100 percent easier to use. Especially on a plane.

This has changed my travel life. I can deflate it and put it in my carry-on or purse. Then I pull it out, blow it up (easily) and put it behind me for support. If you over-inflate, you can easily reach behind you and let a little air out. It's perfect for those of us with back issues.
