Excellent Customer Service
We used the knobs on a custom stained glass door. We wanted to replicate an antique knob that we had and this knob looked exactly the same. The box was missing a part for installation of the door knob. I emailed the company and had a response within a few minutes. They shipped the parts promptly - excellent customer service!!

Very pretty and Sturdy
We ordered these 10 years ago and now just recently one more for an addition to the house. They are sturdy and well made. Our carpenter did mention installation is not easy.
