I bought one that was used but like new it said. The only reason I bought it was because I seen they have good customer service. If I had a problem they would make it right. But I opened the box and everything was there and brand new nothing was used.i love it couldn't be happier.

All of these people writing bad reviews because its "missing an item" (that they more than likely couldn't find) are hilarious! This is an incredible gift. I bought it for my fiancé for valentines day and she has been loving it! She had no prior painting experience, and this has ben everything she needed. Yes, everything was included once we unpacked it all. You might think something is missing in the beginning, but it is packaged very well and a lot of the items pack into one another.To those who say "we're missing a canvas" and proceed to write a 1-2 star review based solely on that - perhaps you should.. ya know.. reach out to the company before telling the world you hate them?? We had one small issue with the condition of one of the brushes. I reached out to the company's customer service email address, sent them a picture and not only did the send us a whole new, bigger, set of brushes that are BETTER than the ones included in this set but they also sent a whole new package of paints just for the hassle! In this day and age, it doesn't get much better than that.Not only is it a good product - lots of paints, lots of brushes, lots of canvases, a sturdy easel etc etc etc - but the company stands behind their product and their relationship with their customers. Don't listen to the whiney folks in the review section. If you, or somebody you know, is interested in getting started painting, this is a great way to go!

I love this kit. I’d buy it again.I bought it as a gift besides me too for kids ,Meeden is the best. Totally recommend it.Price is worth it. Great purchase. Love it.

Im pretty sure we were missing a piece but it was a last minute Christmas gift so it was still good for a artistic beginner to start with as a gift, my brother loved painting with it. hes made a couple of good art pieces from it so i would say buy it for someone who needs a place to start with art

Great value, the "missing canvasses" which has been mentioned so many times are attached to the biggest canvass. Not even that hidden, if someone decides not to buy because of the complain comments on that issue, go through your purchase! No issues on that front whatsoever.What i am unsure on is, at the pictures the description says there should be display stands inclused, which i cant find anywhere. Apart from that great looking package!

I got for a late Christmas gift ~ and they where over the moon ~ the only downside was that I live in UK and had ordered it in plenty of time for next day delivery and at first was told I would have this ~ then it got changed to the following day~ which is the day it came ~ I don’t think they should say your going to receive an item in a certain amount of time if this is not the case! This needs to be looked into ~ in some of the reviews it mentions that there paint was dried ~ the one I received had perfect paint!! The best thing I liked about this is the fact you could use it straight way ~ but I would suggest that two more item’s be added to the kit which shouldn’t actually change the cost to much ~ there is no water cup or pencil for drawing pad ~ once these are added it will be a complete kit!! These where the only two items we had to look for once opened!! Paper in the pad and all the canvases are of very good quality too ~ the spatulas ARE plastic ~ but I think if used correctly shouldn’t be a problem ~ I may be purchasing this again ~ 😂 for myself!!

This is something I have been looking for in a startup pack everything I need without having to pay the earth for each individual item. Great quality too the acrylics are in itself worth it and a great array of colours. With a colour guide you are ready to go. There products are very well made and built to last. Thankyou for your kindness and great communication and resolving the matter. I'm so glad I spoke with you and now I get to begin my painting journey. I'll be back when I need a top up 🎨😊👍❤️
