All in all it's a great looking product and the double sided tape sticks well if u clean the surface really well. If you buy these dry fit them first don't stick it down and think you can perfectly line it up there is only one spot where they sit correctly I used painters tape to mark where they go before setting them in place.

They are absolutely perfect. As soon you open the door, they shine at you. You have the line it up so that it stays flat in order to correctly utilize the attached adhesive. So it cannot be too far forward towards the door hinge. Also not too far close to either the inner door or outer door. Right in the middle until the edges are not cropped upwards.

No installation instructions, but pretty self explanatory. The adhesive wasn't super strong as there is a slight bend on the door jam and plate is flat, so kept popping up. Yes, I thoroughly cleaned area. I just added another double back adhesive strip to middle and are good. Look great! Adds a little something extra

These were easy to install. Look really nice. So far staying attached after a couple months. But all around the edges is quite sharp with little burrs that will lightly scratch the paint as you adjust them. I wish I took the time to sand them down a little before install, I just went for it. I only got little tiny surface scratches as I positioned them to the right spot. I hope as they sit there and possibly get stepped on they don’t gouge the paint underneath. Because the area they attach to isn’t perfectly flat I’m afraid those burred edges will make contact with the paint. Kinda defeats the purpose of putting them on to protect when they cause their own damage if you’re not careful.

Made of solid metal - looks nice (like in the pictures) and appears sturdy. The vendor was very helpful and I am happy with my purchase.

Fast delivery, easy to install and looks good. Used window cleaner to clean area first, then some rubbing alcohol, then a magic eraser. First test fit the pieces to see where positioning would allow them to fit as flat as possible along the contour of the opening. Measured down from the door latch on the pillar to make a pencil mark so that they would be position the same on both sides. Pieces seem secure and look good.
