Really great diet, well worth the money... I received 28 meal replacements (7 days worth), a snack and a shaker bottle plus leaflets about the diet and a £5 off voucher.Great selection of meals, a select few I wasn’t overly keen on but that’s to be expected. I liked most of the foods I tried as they where flavoursome and easy to prep. After a day or two I was ordering new things to try via the website and I’m still on it and happily losing weight

Pathetic plain box no instructions no shaker bottle for drinks plain cheap wrapped bars no crisps worst meal kits ever bought save your money this is like buying a product from metro supermarket!!!!

Some of the shakes were ripped in side boxBox was messing inside once arrived but the rest was all goo

The drinks are the best, they are lovely, but all the products are OK, it takes some sticking to though, but that is personal !!.

Very disappointed, over half the pack are in plain white packets with no instructions or nutritional values so unsure how to make, and no instruction/information book. Has not given me the enthusiasm to even start this.

I was a member of their Facebook page but was banned because they would not answer a good nutritional question as to why people were losing their hair when it’s supposed to be nutritionally balanced.BEWARE
