Women's Go-Go Boot

Beautiful bright red just like I hoped for my Supergirl and Captain Marvel. As a person who is right in between ordering wide calf boots and regular ones depending on the design with a 14.5 inch calf at the widest, these were pretty tight and to be honest I really didn't think they would zip the first time. I powered through it and they zipped much easier the second time although they are still pretty tight. If your calves are wider than 14.5 inches these are very unlikely to fit and at exactly that width they fit like a second skin. Very roomy in the foot. Just not too comfortable after a while. I managed to stand in them all day for a con but at that point they really hurt so mostly I’ve used them for photoshoots and smaller cons with lots of sitting space. Some inserts may be needed.

Order your size,, DO NOT go a size bigger. I am a size 9 and I ended up going a size 10 because of the reviews, I got them for my Blackcat cosplay and the boots when perfect with my costume. However they were huge on me and super uncomfortable after a few hours walking the whole convention center. If you're planning getting these for a cosplay, save yourself. Get something else, cause youre going to die after a few hours of wearing these.

The boots are beautiful and fantastic quality! Also, the actual foot sizing is perfect but the calf sizing is far too small. Horribly dissapoining. There is no possible way to make these fit an average size (15" at widest point) calf. I had to order a larger size to accommodate. One size up was sufficient, but BARELY! So please pay attention to the size chart :( They have NO give. This is from a girl has worn cowboy boots her whole life and never had to compromise size to accommodate calf width before...

I wear a size 8 1/2 and bought these in a 10. The foot part of the boot was a little big, but the calf part "just" fit and I managed to zip them up all the way. The thickest part of my calf is 17". If you calf is thicker than 17", these boots will not zip up for you.They did the job as a costume and looked great but they were extremely uncomfortable. I couldn't walk normal in them and my feet were killing me by the end of the night. I wore them for 4 hours. I think it was a combination of the foot part being too big and the lack of padding in the shoe to provide comfort.Would I buy them again? Yes, if I "had" to for a costume and only to wear for a short time.

I got the red pair. These shoes are exactly what I expected and worked great for what I needed. I used these for a Sailor Moon costume. I wore them for several hours at a convention and they were comfortable enough. They provide no arch support, and the bottoms are hard. Not exactly the best shoes, but they were for a costume. As someone who is used to wearing 4 inch spiked heels, these 2 inch wide heels were easy to walk in and wear for hours.The color is true to the picture.I am typically a size 9 1/2 and I bought a size 9. They fit great.At the widest my calves are 15 inches around and these boots fit with room at the top. Even with leggings on there was still room.These are called rain boots but they are not. There are seams where water can seep through. Although, they are made of a waterproof material.Over all, I am very satisfied.

Perfect fit! It's always a little sketchy trying to determine the size of shoes online, but I went with my usual size and couldn't be happier. I have dreamed of having boots like these for years but could never justify spending the money. When a David Bowie tribute was announced in my city, I knew it was the right time. I ordered them last minute and was worried they wouldn't arrive in time, because the event was on a Sunday and the delivery time was listed as Sunday. I crossed my fingers they would be delivered the day before, and when they weren't, I cursed myself for ordering so late. Then, lo and behold, I hear a buzz at my door on Sunday afternoon, and there they were. I wore them with my Ziggy Stardust space suit and a red wig and they really completed the costume. I got tons and tons of compliments. They were also surprisingly comfortable, though the calf part is a bit snug. I expected this, as I own similar boots in purple and white, but if you have bigger calves, these may be too tight on you.

Too bad these boots don't come in half sizes. I typically wear a 6 1/2 and decided to order a 7 because at this price point, I figured the boots would be sized too small, and who wants to wear boots that are too small?? The size 7 was too big in the foot bed and made walking in these boots kind of awkward. They were a last-minute purchase for a costume, and there was not enough time to send them back for a smaller size, so I made do. In contrast, zipping the boots all the way to the top and around my calves was a challenge because the fit is very tight, and there is not elastic at the top of the boots to help accommodate a thicker calf. After some twisting and repositioning, I was able to get the zippers zipped. Personally, I think all tall boots should be made with a notch of elastic at the top.

Purchased these boots for a 1960's themed party and they worked out great. Size fit good - I wear 8M. I wore them for a little over 4 hours, and half of that time I was sitting, but I didn't have any issues with these boots - no pinching, not tight, and certainly not uncomfortable. They were great for the purpose that I needed them for and I think I can use them again for a few more parties in the future. NOTE: this review is based on having worn these boots 1 time only. We'll have to see how they hold up for future events. Definitely not something I would consider wearing on a regular basis, but I suppose one could if they are so inclined.

The boots are fantastic i an a size 6 but orderd size 7 they fit perfect

Son muy cómodas ya q tienen el tacón ancho nunca me canse llevándolas puestas aunque son muy calurosas ya q son de plástico y queda un poco apretado de la pantorrilla termine abriéndolas un poco de lo largo para q mi pantorrilla respirara un poco pero en general por el precio se ven bonitas aunque si tienes la pantorrilla ancha debes pedir un número más grande para q te queden

omg these boots are awesome - wore them all night for a party - danced non stop for 4 hours and my feet didnt even hurt - they run a bit large as I am a size 9.5 and the 9 were perfect. also I am tall - 6"2" and they came just above my calf - exactly as they should - and were snug enough that they didnt fall down

Boots are fine, but I couldn't do up the zipper all the way. Very snug through the calf. I wish they would include the calf measurements in the description of the boot.

Son preciosas y quedan perfecto!El ancho está a la medida exacta, aunque como mis pantorrillas no son muy anchas, me temo que tal vez para alguien con mayor volúmen estén demasiado apretadas. A mí me quedaron súper, encuanto a la suela se sienten con muy buen soporte.También quiero comentar que estas botas, por el material, se ensucian de una manera muy peculiar, pues les salen líneas negras que fácilmente se confunden como rayones, pero no es nada que no se quite tallandoles con un borrador escolar o incluso con el dedo!
