I take my laptop back and forth between home and work. Too many times, I forgot to take the power supply. I bought this as a spare to keep in the case. It works identically to the original from the factory.

I like it, it does its job well and charges my lap5op which was my only concern. For the price it's really good.

It was right fit. Used it for my Inspiron 11 3000 series laptop

I need to return the item as it worked for mayb 2/3 wks. Now if I do not have it plugged in I can't use the lap top as it doesn't hold any charge. It started to undercharge just after the window was closed to return, How coincidental is that? I need to return it b4 throwing it out the door. I can't return it until I get a replacement as the laptop has no charge if I plug it out, I do not have the money to replace it definitely after 5 months. AMAZON speak up this must be inferior stuff or I was sold the wrong charger. I searched on ur site for the charger matching my machine and this came up in results.

I have two Dell laptops that had the same power supply. One had a problem. The PC would have a message saying it couldn't recognize the power supply. It still powered the laptop, but would not charge the battery. Used one power supply for both, then I bought this. Works just like OEM, but less expensive. I have only had it a few weeks. Not sure how long it will last but seems well made. Exactly what I needed. Very pleased so far.
