Okay, so I'm not super sensitive to tastes, and I'm not really picky about food. That's usually a good thing, but let me get back on track.Taste-wise, even I noticed a big difference right away. It's really strong and enjoyable. Not too sweet, but kind of addictive.As for the texture, it's not like the clear, runny honey you usually see in stores. It's also not as granular as the ones straight from the hive. It's kind of... creamy? When you dip a spoon in, it doesn't drip off like syrup. It's sort of like firm peanut butter. (I never thought I'd compare honey to peanut butter!)All I can say is I like it. Some of you might, some might not.

I have beed a rawfoodist since 1998 and a Nutritionist and Therapeutic Chef, I am also a connoisseur of unprocessed raw honey in which all the nutrition is retained and have eaten them from many parts of the world including India. The Son of Soil honey is one of the finest I have eaten anywhere, the taste is sweet yet not overpowering, the consistency is thick yet melts in the mouth and the flavour is only to be experienced as it goes beyond words. A glass bottle is used to maintain the purity of the honey with a steel cap. The solid packaging including the box and tape are all made out of paper and is recyclable. I highly recommend this fabulous product.

Good product ... probably pure ..but 1 % doubt that its adulterated ...still earing it taste is good and its very thick.

BELOW IS MY REVIEW POSTED LAST MONTH - March’21 in Brackets.Thereafter I was contacted by the manufacturer & explained the process of how they extract mustard honey, etc. So prior to purchasing this honey, one must educate oneself regarding this type of honey since it’s nothing like the usual honey that we normally find in market.Also I feel this type of honey is more an acquired taste & hence one needs to read more about it prior to purchasing it.My old review: 👇🏻{Let’s begin by saying that it’s a Honey “spread” & NOT honey as we know it. It has no flavour & it’s as thick as a spread should be - get the picture? So if u r thinking of buying honey, then this is not what you should get.Frankly, the manufacturers should display it under Spreads & not Honey....it’s misguiding!! And under spread catagory, it’s nothing special..}

Love it...I'm already on my fourth jar of this product and I'm about to buy more!Great flavor! And good price.It's slightly grainy, but that doesn't bother me at all.

This is great stuff. Mustard flower honey is a unique experience and son of the soil do it well. I can taste it's authenticity as an Organic farmer who has her own bee boxes! The mustard flower is a unique pollen and harvests the winter sun to perfection. So you are basically eating thick sun energy. It's delicious

The most excellent honey I have ever tasted. And it is organic and bee-friendly. Light, crisp and delicious flavour.
