The product arrived late and the attempts to preserve the cheese ie.. Cold storage bags inside the package was warm and not cold. There was moisture in the container and in the plastic bag the cheese was wrapped in. The cheese felt warm and moist on the outside. A waste of a lot of money and time.

Yummy!! Excellent texture and taste!! My only wish is that to have smaller packaged, it's a huge block of cheese, but very happy with purchase no matter what! Makes amazing grilled cheese sandwiches!

This is the best cheese in the whole world as far as I am concerned. It is suitable for vegetarians. It's a hard cheese similar to a Romano or Parmesan, but not that hard and not quite that sharp. It slices well (tiny bit crumbly) and needs no condiments. Just eat it with a plain hearty loaf of bread. It is my favorite!
