Life saver! A few years ago I changed the boot on my front loader without this tool and it took forever and literally some blood. This time I was changing the discharge pump and it took less than one minute. Most of that time was setting the wire into the groove. The tool was in my hands for 5-10 seconds.. done. SUPER EASY AND A MUST HAVE!!

I had to replace my boot seal and that was a mess and a half. This made it a lot easier, otherwise I would have needed to be an octopus. However, trying to get the last spring on this wasn't any help. My particular washer this one spring had a hook which made this impossible to be of any help. It took a flat head screwdriver and my kid helping me. I hope I never have to do it again.

I saw all of the YouTube videos of how easy (or supposedly) it is to use a pair of pliers to put on the retainer ring on a washer. I could not do it. This retention ring tool really made it very easy. I put it on in about 5 seconds

We so needed this product to install a new seal on our front load washer! Worked perfect

Works for the outter/front spring, but useless for the inner wire and spring. Wasted a lot of time trying to make this tool work for the inner (tub side) bellows wire and spring, then did it in one minute using visegrip pliers

This tool worked great, after some modifications. I found it wouldn't open the spring wide enough to re-install it. I was able to bend them open in a vice to the correct width to properly open the spring.

Good Product. Sad that it was not available locally and had to source from US.
