Read online that supplementing with Mg might help calf cramping at night so figured I'd try it. Works great and was almost immediately I noticed a difference. I understand this won't work for everyone, different causes etc., but for me this is a godsend. Used to be if I wasn't paying attention when I woke up in the morning and went for that relaxing body stretch my calves would cramp and I'd have to jump straight out of bed and painfully try and stretch them out. Often this would happen in the middle of the night as well. Very painful. Now I can stretch my legs in bed in the morning and I won't get a charley horse. This really works for me and I'm thankful.

I have used this for about a month and have had fewer leg cramps. They have not completely gone a way, but I have fewer of them and they are not as severe. I would have to say it is worth a try and that I am pleased with the results. My doctor looked at the ingredients and said it was worth adding in my daily routine.

I bought it because it helps with leg cramps an does exactly that. There not waking me anymore with pain. Great product!! Plus there’s other benefits from taking them!! They have other vitamins in them as well that are good for you an needed.

When I discovered that it was not FDA approved and that it was produced overseas I put it in the trash. Not only that I tried it out a few times and it gave me more cramps. I could not sleep at night after using this product for almost one week.
