Best sprayer I've ever used. So easy and customer support is fantastic. The spray pistol broke and they replaced it quickly and we broke the plastic sprayer handle and they replaced it at no charge. I wish more companies made this as easy!

I purchased the Beast HD12000 back in Febuary 2024! Used it one time perfectly and then stored for three months. When I took it out to use a second time, the pump was not responding. (after I had already filled the tank full of weed-killer solution) I was in a bit of a pickle! I verified all troublshoot steps accordng to the manual and online support, to no avail. This was Saturday, Father's day weekend in June 2024. I expected little chance of a response from Petratools CS on a weekend, much less Father's day weekend. But non-the-less their webchat was responsive almost immediatly and email follow up. Shout out to Nathan! He was excellent at responding and providing feedback. I was advised to try a couple more troubleshooting steps and followup with him. it was Sunday, (Father's Day) when I was able to reply via email. And to my suprise, I quickly received an email response from Nathan, stating he was shipping out a whole new toolbox with pump and battery assemply via USPS and I should received it in 5-7 days. As promised, I received the replacement toolbox and was able to swap out the boxes with no hassle and no loss of weed-killer solution already in my tank. The new pump worked perfectly! The sprayer is very good quality and easy to setup and use even for a 48 yr old woman as my self. It is a bit heavy to move around on rough terrain, when full, but that is to be expected! I love the extra long hose that reaches almost 1/2 way across my 1acre front yard. Meaning, I don't have to move the cart very often. Thank you Petratools and Nathan for your excellent customer service and quality product. And No, I am not getting paid or any kickback for this product review. I simply appreciate a good quality product and service when I see it.

I originally purchased a 3 gallon pump pressure spreader from a local store which I must have had for over 30 years. After staining my 180 for dock, I decided that there had to be an easier way then pumping & spraying. That is when I found the Beast.It is incredible how much work I was able to do on my roof to get rid of the black algae and the 12 gallons around my property using the insecticide to remove mosquitoes, ants, palmetto bugs, and noseeums!I keep being amazed how much more work I accomplish. Since we have no staff my wife calls me Dr. Fixit! My next project is to spray all the palm trees with an insecticide on all the frons and leaves. That project is impossible with the 3 gallon manual pump, because my little hand sprayer could not go much more than 6 feet, but with the beast I can shoot to many tops of the palm trees frons. In time I will seal the interlocking pavers.The hundred foot cord which rolls up easily makes the job so much simpler with the 12 gallon container and instead of pumping manually, the electric sprayer works all day long until I have to stop I have never run out of sufficient battery life for constant spraying.Obviously, this is an expensive item for someone who has a piece of property, but it clearly has paid for itself for someone like myself who seems to do everything around the house. I seem to have fallen for this particular machine more than my smoker and grill which absolutely does the best steaks and my wife totally agrees, but the Beast is for me a life saver and has paid for itself in 6 months. At this point I would’ve had to spend $2000 to hire people to do all the jobs I’ve done, and I do a better job with the beast because I mix the chemicals the way I want. This is especially true for those people in Florida because there are chemicals they cannot mix as strongly as I can. Therefore, the beast gets the job done faster and easier for much less money.

I bought this to spray herbicides because it is nearly impossible to get their residue out of my large sprayer I tow with my tractor. It arrived packed well, etc., but that’s where the positives end. I believe it is, frankly, impossible to use. You put almost 100 lbs of water in this (12 gallons) and moving it is a real problem. The wheels are too small for proper leverage when combined with the low handle. The handle should be much higher and wider so this thing can be maneuvered - especially on any kind of rough ground or slope. I filled it with water as per the primming instructions and it leaked out the bottom drain, which I tried tightening, etc. Customer Service told me to put teflon tape around it. Sorry, I do not buy things that do not work as sold, plus, quite frankly, the service rep was snotty in my opinion. After that and considering I did not feel it would do as expected I returned it. That was handled reasonably. The best thing for these folks to do is put on much bigger wheels and make the hand truck frame taller and wider - with the weight out front like that, it is just not going to be useful in my opinion.

Bought the Beast to replace 2 older Mantis sprayers I had used for years. Have found that the Beast is much easier to use and get around to spraying my large commercial rose nursery. I did have a couple problems that Jake and their customer care team were quick and helpful to correct. I'd highly recommend this product and company!

After a year of use I had an issue with the sprayer. And Anne helped me get it resolved in a timely manner.

Great product with great customer service. My spray nozzle was malfunctioning when I received my sprayer. I called them and they shipped out a new part in a couple days. There’s only 2 things I would change to make it even better. 1. The handle should be a couple inches longer, or even better: adjustable. I’m only 5’7”, and I found it a little short to get good balance. 2. The wheelbase should be a little wider to make less tippy. I replaced the axle making the wheelbase about 3 inches wider and it really helped. I also changed out the wheels with slightly larger ones.
