Here I go posting feet pictures on the internet lol (sorry this girl roams barefoot and I don’t get pedis) anyway.. I have been applying this oil on the bottom of my feet for a few weeks now because I heard it helps with sleep and I’m pleased to say it does. I fall asleep so easy. BUT I also had something else happen. I have had these callouses develop over the last year and since using this oil they’re practically gone!! I wish I would have gotten before photos, but I didn’t even think about the fact that this stuff would help with this issue. I’m so happy they’re gone. The skin would build up so much it would bother me and I would pick the skin off to relieve the irritation. Now it’s like nothing was ever there! Hopefully the other foot heals the rest of the way. So.. had to share! Definitely recommend getting some.

I’ve suffered from nightly leg cramps since I’ve been a teenager. I am very active and workout religiously and I thought I had tried everything under the sun to help with leg cramps. Hydration, cherry tart, potassium, but I was wrong, I had not tried magnesium oil! It is amazing how this mineral interrupts the cramping signals almost immediately. I started using it almost nightly about 2 years ago, apply it on the bottom of my feet, calves and any muscles that may be sore and tired from working out. I’ve also noticed the quality of my sleep is much more restful when I use it. I haven’t had dry skin issues, but that may be because I moisturize daily after showering. I highly recommend giving it a try. The soft tingly when first using means it’s working.

I absolutely love this brand of magnesium leave on spray. You do have to make sure your skin is moisturized enough before you even use this. You do not moisturize your skin before using this product. I’m just saying that your skin should be moisturized because if it is not it will sting a little bit but nothing bad. I do notice that it is tacky on my hands so I do wash my hands after I put it on, but wherever I apply it all over my body it is never tacky there so maybe I’m just not letting it soak in enough, but I love this brand because it is nontoxic and I am a cancer survivor so anything non-toxic that can benefit me and my health I am most definitely for it so I give this five stars for sure. Great product they even have a line of other stuff as well that I use, and I have not come across one bad thing of theirs yet.

I was hit by a car a few years back and have awful nerve damage on the right side of my body. Tried this to see if it might help alleviate some pain however something that is in the product makes me extremely itchy and results in little hives. Wish it helped but it causes more issues for me so it’s going in the “round file” aka TRASH
