I love, love, love, love love tea tree oil. I have been using it for years, mostly to combat insects and the aftereffects of their bites. The oil itself works as a repellent and -- for those spots that still manage to get bitten -- it is a great anti-itch aid. Actually, when I first apply it to bug bites it does absolutely nothing. But after a couple minutes it has shrunk the bite and suddenly I realize it doesn't bother me anymore. I also mix some of this into my lotion in the summer to keep my skin from getting too irritated by the humidity and heat, and when I have a really fat pimple I put some on there to help disinfect and shrink it.I once made the mistake of buying some cheap tea tree oil from a store known for its cheap products -- first and last time I did that. I usually buy this from the food co-op, but sometimes I get it through amazon, too. This brand is quite reputable and never has the funky "off," almost fake and diluted with I-don't-want-to-know-what smell that the cheaper stuff had.

I use tea tree oil for nearly every health issue, from teeth cleaning to bug bites, cuts, and skin rash. It even protects my plants from insects when sprayed as a mist. I trust the Aura Cacia brand and have several of their oils as they are reasonably priced and easily available. It seems like each day I can find another use for tea tree oil. Used it yesterday before shampooing to treat scalp that was itchy from allergies this time of year and also massaged into my feet before and after a day tromping around at the state fair in order to reduce odor, swelling, and aching. Ive started to take my beauty routine to a more natural state with fewer harsh chemicals. I have acne-prone skin and started a night routine of a little Vit E oil with a drop or two of this Tea Tree oil mixed together on a cotton ball. So far, my skin is looking better and is less irritated.

I often buy Aura Cacia oils to replace ones that I use frequently. This one is good quality and arrived as expected in a timely manner.

I was led to believe it was the same product I ordered previously. Be careful. Different brand, 1/2 the quantity, lesser quality & doesn't smell right. NOT REFUNDABLE.
