Going gluten free just got easier with this really great pasta. It is next to impossible to find really good gluten free pasta so finding this one made meal planning so much easier. I was trying to find alternative meals to replace my noodle dishes such as tuna cassaroles, alfredo with noodles with the extended meal d so on when I found this product. My family is really happy with the extended meal plan. Enjoy.

These taste great - just like a wheat pasta - but they are much too expensive. My husband is gluten intolerant and we were looking for the right GF noodle for stroganoff, and these taste really good, but for the money we decided to lower our standards (lol - a real first world problem) and just use a GF spaghetti noodle for stroganoff. Seriously. We save a lot by not worrying about the shape of the noodle. It comes to about $7.67 per pack of noodles. That's a lot of money for noodles.If that's not a problem for you, then I'd recommend these to you. They taste great.

I took a chance on this pasta I’d never heard of and am very glad I did. While expensive, it’s delicious and has a great texture. So much gluten free pasta seems to get soggy or fall apart, but this held up well to boiling water (I like my pasta al dente, so I cooked it a bit less than recommended) and reminds me of the pasta I ate in Italy!

Like the title says, these are like miniature lasagna noodles. They measure approximately 1-1/4" long and 3/8 inches wide with waive edges. They taste great and are 100% gluten free.I served these to my grandson along with my standard marinara sauce. He declared that this was the best spaghetti I had ever made.

While I have been very grateful for all the gluten free products that have come on the market and have made my life so much easier, many of them are lacking in taste and /or texture . However not this pasta! I made beef stroganof and I couldn't tell that these noodles were gluten free! While expensive, I will definitely buy them again.

This pasta is the best gluten free there is. It's just as good as ones with gluten. We've tried other brands and they're not good. These are a little expensive but my husband has celiac disease and can't have gluten. He loves pasta so this has been a dream come true for flavor and texture that's so good. We found this brand at a gluten free convention, then saw Amazon had it. Hurrah!

I really love these noodles. In my opinion they taste like regular gluten lasagna noodles. These were used to make a lasagna casserole. The thing I don’t like is how expensive these noodles are. It took all three bags to make a 8 x 12 casserole.

These are so amazing, I use them in place of spaghetti noodles and lasagna noodles. You do need to watch how much time you are cooking them for and then as soon as they are done immediately rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking and they will not be gummy or mushy! Anyone with picky eaters or kids with sensory processing disorder, these will be amazing in texture for them!!! **10/10 would recommend! It's a staple in my house.**
