Highly pleased a very quiet efficient washing machine 👍👍

Does what it says, no thrills no frills unless washer dryers are your thing. Decent washer dryer, lots of options, has the app if you want to get technical but just as good and easy without. Not too loud very spacious to do big washes and dries. Does the job.

I purchased this in October 2022 it wouldn't connect to Bluetooth although I don't care about that. It has broken down 3 times now after the second month they made me take an insurance out before they would come to fix it. Most of the settings don't work and 2 weeks ago the dryer stopped working got in touch with them through amazon but still haven't heard anything back from them. Stay clear of this.

So far so good (Few weeks in) but there are cons so read on...Pro’s:+ It washes really nicely+ good selection of washes+ delay timer+ app on IOS (*also see cons)+ big drum size but fits a normal gap (unlike my old samsung)+ value for money at the £480 pricepoint I paidCons:- Quite noisy compared to my last washer dryer (Samsung)- There are lots of programs on the app and not so many on the washer- It won’t let you mould programs to your desires. I often add a fast spin between washing and drying and I can’t seem to do just a spin without a rinse maybe someone else can spot this?- There are no 10kg washes on the app only 9kg, I wonder if they haven’t catered to the right washer dryer when it selects it??

I have had this machine for couple of months and it has been performing well, with occasional glitch of connecting with my router. It uses less energy and water and I am impressed with the wash quality, however recently while choosing high spin (1400 rpm) I have noticed some strange noise which comes and goes from the motor for few seconds and only time will tell how it stays in the long run. Although the manufactures provide one year free parts and labour warranty and 9 additional years parts warranty however every time you call out the technician you will be charged with 145 pounds unless you buy a cover after the first year.

Having used the machine for a while it does the job it has a variety of modes but I use eco wash and dry and that seems to do the trick. Dirty clothes go in clean dry clothes come out. However you will need to iron your things as they come out extremely creased. It is fairly quiet and energy efficient. Looks OK fairly modern the app works well you can adjust modes spin rpm heat levels etc. Overall for the money I am very pleased I would recommend the machine if like me you do not have space for two separate machines.

We purchased this washer/dryer after our old one finally gave up after fifteen years. Did some research, decided to go for this one and so glad we did. It does everything we need it to and probably plenty more besides if I could just dedicate some more time with the instructions. We tend to use the app on the phone to control it and that’s really straightforward, and it means you get a notification when the cycle has finished.We’re really impressed with this machine.

For the money this machine is excellent. Better washing and drying times than the expensive LG we had before.I was sceptical, but the app is actually quite useful. It give easier access to all the washing programmes, especially useful if you use it to wash different types of clothes, like sports gear.Proof will be in the longevity of it.
