This faucet is stunning. The weight alone tells you it is a quality product. I do kitchen and bath remodeling so I get to see a lot of different faucets and accessories. I have never seen this one nor have I ever heard of this brand. That made me apprehensive about this particular faucet. I bought it anyway and love it. I did read reviews and found some had talked about it becoming loose when moving the spout. When I installed mine I used thread lock on the brass piece that could have been an issue for some. I have had no problems with it.

We’ve had the faucet installed and used for 18 months. The faucet looks beautiful but quality of metal and magnet isn’t good. The faucet head falls off the magnet easily, even with the lightest bump but we managed to work with it. The porcelain handle became loose within the first month of using it so we constantly have to screw it to tighten it. The water temperature is hard to adjust and becomes too cold or scorching hot with slight changes in the handle position. Now, just 18 months of use, the handle has completely fallen off. The gears inside the hole are broken off because the metal is low quality. Very disappointing because it’s a beautiful looking faucet.

We needed a bathroom faucet with a long spout. This worked perfectly. The description says they are for a kitchen sink, but they look great in the bathroom. They adjust a bunch of different ways, plus you can adjust the water flow and the temperature independently, and they don’t splash and make a mess which is a huge plus in my book. Can’t beat the price either.It only took 10 minutes to install, super easy.

It’s a great design, heavy and sturdy and perfect for directing the spray into the corners of a big sink. Able to put it low enough not to splash on the counter. Bought it after 2 faucets with problems with two different faucets with pull out sprayers that never worked right. The problem was that the first one I got was too stiff to swivel easily. I returned it and got a second that worked well. I don’t really know how hard it is to install because I had a plumber do it. Overall we are very happy with it

As others have mentioned here, the mounting hardware is cheap -- the nut which serves to lock the faucet to countertop is so flimsy as to be unusable. If you tighten it, you will strip or slip -- entirely insufficient for the amount of torque you're going to be putting on a movable faucet. (Especially as the faucet has a decent heft and solid joints).Otherwise, seems a nice faucet with good heft and attractive styling, but this is getting returned. Seems a pennywise, but pound-fooling move: the proper part -- larger metal nut with screws for tighter mounting can't cost more than 50 cents...Edit: found an aftermarket nut and threaded pipe to use to install this. The faucet works well and is holding up after 6 months of heavy use

I love this faucet. I got the silver because that looks best in my kitchen. It was super easy to install. The only problem that I had was that the hot and cold water hoses were too short to attach to the water pipes. That was an easy fix because I ordered 40 inch hoses from Amazon. I could not find hoses longer than 24" at Lowe's, Home Depot, or Ace.

I love this faucet. It's unique and beautiful. I ordered the chrome and didn't have any of the issues the other reviewers had. I could see that you may have problems with splattered water if you have a shallow sink. Our sink is 9 inches deep so it is not an issue. If you are a bull in a china shop, it probably wouldn't be the best for you because the sprayer head can be knocked out of the holder if you bang it. Ours sits nicely and there is no problem with it falling out like some say. The button that turns the sprayer on slides down and over to the side just a hair so the reviewers that say it won't stay in its spray position may not know how the button moves. Ours works fine. As far as the handle, ours did come with a design and it's so pretty and gives it character that sets it apart from other faucets. Ours has been in about 3 months and we are very happy with it. It's like jewelry for the kitchen.

We really like this faucet and would like to keep it but as others have said it leaks from the top ring making it worthless. I would like to contact the seller but unable to do so. I was told (by Amazon) to go to my order and click on "email seller" that option or anything relevant to that is not available. ***UPDATE*** After exhausting all avenues of repair and not being able to contact the seller I have downgraded from 3 to 1 star. This is an awesome looking faucet and it stops there. A Maserati looks good in your driveway but if it doesn't run it's still junk.

The mixer came on time.very well packaged.looks excellent quality and expensive.everything was in the box to connect.easy plumbing.works very well .would recommend to others.

Beautiful tap, awesome style, however it doesnt extend smoothly and freely... so I chose to return it and get a looser styler of entension

awesome look in our new kitchen Reno. the one bad thing was the white porcelain handle was chipped other wise a beautiful look.
