Honey, when I say this stuff heats up.....I mean it HEATS UP. I decided to try it after work out while wearing my latex waist trainer and I was starting more than ever. I mean you really feel it, but it's not uncomfortable. Also I have very sensitive skin and almost everything instantly irritates my skin or breaks me out but I didn't have any issues with this cream

I don't know that it is reducing cellulite, but it most definitely has moisturizing ability - my skin is so much nicer! There are complaints on here about burning - well, yes, capsicum in it - which is a derivative of chili peppers. If you load up on it then put on clothing that will make you sweat, it will naturally have a warming sensation - and for some, this may be too strong. However, if you are using it for pain relief - it is sent from the angels! The trick is - don't apply too much - it is a well made product that doesn't need a huge amount to be effective. I will be reordering - I like it!!

I have used this for a a bit now I realized if u use a heat source (like heat blanket) and wrap the area u would like to improve on you will get a better results
