Very Nice
I had a problem with the first mug i ordered, picture not centered and too small. They responded to me right away and asked if they can make another mug for me and enlarge the pic and center it. I said yes and the second one came and it is beautiful!! The customer service here was amazing. I would definitely order from them again!

Excellent customer service
I had ordered for a mug with two images and two texts on both the surfaces and I got a mug with just texts ( with no images at all) due to some technical issue while saving .When I contacted the customer service they immediately offered help . I’m very impressed with the customer service . Definitely will order again from here .

Got this as a gift. I messaged the seller prior to ensure the photo could be a little bigger on either side of the mug, as I'd read in reviews it sometimes came out small. The photo came out well-sized and clear on both sides of the mug, and arrived intact.It would be nice if just the handle was black (against the rest of the all white mug) to give the mug a little color variation. It's a little bland. Other than that, great gift.

Perfect photo mug!!!
This customized mug was very good quality. It was larger but not too heavy. The photos were clear on both sides. It was a gift for my daughter and she loved it. Enjoys her coffee in it every day!
