I bought this brace because I had a sprained muscle in my lower back and I had just had cataract surgery and would not be able to go to the chiropractor for 6 weeks. I was not sure it would work because I have not had much luck with other braces. But this one looked it would stay right where my pain was. I was not disappointed! The first day I put it one, my pain was alleviated! I was elated! This brace stayed in place, was adjustable exactly how they described and really took my pain away. After about 2 days I was able to stop taking the muscle relaxers and was pain free!! Wonderful Product.

I didn’t like that didn’t stay in place and wasn’t enough support for what I need . So still had pain and was pain when you had go to bathroom would need to redo it again . So if you are looking for something for minor support it would be fine .

This brace is really comfortable and is effective at reducing my lower back/hip pain. I wear it often for support while traveling and for household chores and activities when I need the extra support to prevent stress on my areas of pain. This brace has truly saved me from my hip/back area totally going out when used right at the first sign of an issue. I am grateful I found this product!

You had to be very slim to wear itIt does fold and roll upon sittingIf you are slim I imagine it is great but because I am not it was uncomfortable when sitting

I've had this belt less than a month and have worn it all day, every day. The pain relief was instant. Two weeks ago the velcro started not holding. Today, three weeks after I started wearing it, I can't get the velcro to stay connected at all. I would not recommended this belt.

I like this belt. I use it around my hips but it did roll on me. My back felt better when I used it.

This belt does what it says, my only issue won't affect anyone else, the user has extensive arthritic hands and finds the velcro sticks to itself, making it difficult to pull apart, I've put trainer socks on the ends which helps
