Valori Wells Designs Little Wallet Pattern Card

I make for Birthday presents and just because gifts.

I was surprised when this pattern came because it is a folded, heavy cardstock, like a greeting card. That's it. I don't know why, I must have missed reading the description thoroughly; I was taken aback by this. It's okay but don't be surprised when you get it. The pattern is very simple, easy to follow, the pattern is full size (so no enlarging is necessary,) and will create a very cute little card wallet. I'm making mine to match a bag that I'm working on for Christmas. The one change I'm making to the instructions is I am using a set-in type of snap rather than a sew in one (which is used in the pattern). Have fun and make several for gifts.

Clearly I was not the first person to not realize this. The pattern may be fine, the pictures are cute, but I was looking for an actual wallet and had bought this just looking at the picture. While the title says pattern, I thought that was just the pattern of the fabric being used. Maybe in the photos you could include a picture of the pattern or do something to draw people's attention to the fact that it is not an actual wallet people are buying.

I wore out my pattern, needed to replace. I've made many of this little wallet for gifts. The first ones I made I used 'The Grinch' fabric, friends fought over those wallets.

When I purchased this I was so disappointed in what I received. The pattern in the size of a note card. In order to make a little wallet you will need to copy and cut the pattern without cutting out directions. In should be available in sections so we do not have to try and make this patter. I ever feel bad because I recommend this to a friend of mine and she is also disappointed.
