Good buy with a minor flaw
Great item, cheap rotary handle. The silver, gear looking handle is definitely not up to part with the rest. Either that or the 3475# base plate I picked up the other day with it was a fluke. (I didn't know the exact weight until we already had it in the air ~2" so we put it back down) In my opinion this item is a good buy with a minor flaw. Perfect for the garage or work. But drop it on the wrong side and there goes your rotary handle. It felt like 14ga steel double dipped in galv for thickness.
