1UP Nutrition - Her BCAA's Glutamine & Collagen, Plus Hydration Complex, (Candy Watermelon)

BCAA's have never been my favorite. I have tried a random ones that were on sale but never consistently. But now that I have found this one, I am hooked. The taste is great, like a jolly rancher. Some BCAA's make me break out, but this one has showed improvement in my skin. It helps with cravings and gives me a boost for the gym without needing a pre-workout. Its expensive but for me, its worth the investment.

I love the 1up watermelon flavor, it is a little too sweet so I funny usually use the full scoop that it calls for. I definitely notice that record time is shortened when using this product which I love! The Sweet Sweat really works like I expected it too, lots of sweet underneath that belt when I am done with my workouts, I mean dripping...gross, lol. Helps with water retention I noticed just like Jen Heward aka "Hunny Buns" said it would.

Took over a week before it even shipped out to me. The container itself is a decent size but only about half full of actual product. Otherwise the taste is great, it's exactly what I ordered, and it was packaged pretty well. Could have gotten them sooner for a couple leg days after I placed my ordered. Because these definitely help work muscle recovery. I actually like to drink mine every day even on days off at the gym

I ordered Watermelon, but I received "Candy Watermelon". It tastes like a mix between cotton candy and double bubble. I could barely drink it at first. I am slowly getting used to it though.As far as how I feel during the workouts, I feel good. I don't really get tired during and I haven't gotten super sore since using this product.

I don't use a shaker ball, I just shake it with water for about a minute and it dissolves. It's delicious! But I dilute it down by half and it's the perfect amount of flavor/sweetness intensity for me. (To do this I just add twice as much water per scoop than recommended.) I know there are cheaper alternatives but this is worth the money to me. Oh, and I have definitely been guilty of forgetting the water bottle in my gym bag for a day (or two!) and it has never left a smell in the bottles after a good wash.

I used this item for 7 days and had mountains of the worst acne I have ever had in my life on my forehead. I mean the kind that hurts to touch. It was awful and embarrassing. I have never broken out like that. I eat clean tons of veggies stay away from dairy as that also makes me breakout. As soon as I stopped using this product my forehead started to settled down but took about a week for the pimple to dry out. Still not completely gone. Another week and it should be fully cleared out. I'm throwing away the product not worth it. I obviously have a huge sensitivity to red 40 which it not good for you anyway as well as sucuralose and other questionable ingredients in this product. I follow buff bunny on YouTube and she uses this product so I just jumped on this product and bought it MY FAULT I should have read the ingredients before hand lessoned learned and will not happen again for me.

I do not like the aftertaste of this drink. However, I gave it to my daughter and she loves it. The aftertaste reminds me of the pink liquid amoxicillin I gave to my kids when they were little. I don't like the medicinal taste. I'm sure I am in the minority. Many great reviews for the taste from others. Just had to be honest on my thoughts.

Just received my item just in time to take it with me to the gym and must I say this stuff is amazing! I love the taste! I have a major sweet tooth and this tastes exactly like the watermelon jolly ranchers. It also helped me push through my workout last night while I increased my eights with each set! I'm not too sore today either which is a plus. I would definitely recommend this.
