Purchased it three years ago and still works like a champ. 1/3 mouth wash to 2/3 warm water keeps my gums clean and healthy. The hing on the little water hole cap broke a few months ago but no biggy, still seals just fine.I purchased a Waterpik brand last year ($80) because I forgot this one while traveling but it didn’t even compare. Water pressure wasn’t close to this $35 knockoff.

*** Update: I took it out of town for my daughter to use on our trip (she got braces). She was able to figure it out and use it no problem. I did tell her to make sure to use the soft setting since she’s new to it. So glad I made this purchase. Not practical to travel with the big one if you are limited for space. ***I recently bought a large electric water flossed for my kids who are getting braces. When I realized I was taking one on a trip then I knew I would have to get one to take with us. This one is great! The power is just as strong as my electric one. Definitely start it off on the softer mode if you are not used to it. It is very easy to set up and has 4 jet tips (one for each of my family). I am going to have to find a little container to keep the extra tips when not in use. It holds enough water for 1 very thorough cleaning. I prefer warm water since cold water affects my sensitive teeth. Hope you enjoy!!!

It is not quite as powerful as our full size waterpick but still pretty impressive for being a battery operated unit. I like that it comes with four color tips so each member of the family can have their own, as well as the soft case. If we hold it upright to clean our teeth, as suggested in the instructions, it really makes a mess since water runs down the large body of the unit. And I really wish it had a pause or hold button like my full size unit has. It makes it easier to quickly reposition it without the mess. However, this is perfect for travel and I’ll be packing it for all of my trips.

The "normal" setting is so powerful, I have to use the "soft" setting which still provides a strong stream of water for cleaning between teeth. The charge has lasted approximately 2 weeks so far. Keep waiting for it to slow or stop, but it hasn't. So much better than the battery operated one I had that lost power after a couple of days. I highly recommend this one.

This is a GREAT product!!! It's easy to handle, It's extremely portable, and the battery lasts a long time before having to recharge the unit again. I also like the different modes for the flow of water, from slow to fast and everywhere else in between. I'm quite certain that anyone can find a setting there that is most comfortable to them. It is also great that the flosser tip does not spin around freely as other flossers do, This helps keep the flow in your mouth not all over your bathroom. II would highly recommend this unit for anyone interested in oral hygiene.

I wanted to love this, but there were too many negatives. It is going back. I just got braces and hoped this was easier than using string floss.I highly recommend doing this in the shower for the first time. This got water LITERALLY EVERYWHERE and I managed to spray my eye the first time. I don’t think that’s a reflection on the product, just a recommendation.As a newbie to water flossing, it took a VERY long time to do my whole mouth. I had to fill the reservoir 4 or 5 times the first few times.. after learning how to do it properly, I still had to fill 2-3 times to get my whole mouth.I decided I could live with refilling but the pressure is what put me over the edge. I still have no idea how to adjust the pressure aside from the “normal, soft and pulse” settings. DIY does absolutely nothing different than normal... and the instructions don’t tell you how to actually use it, just set up instructions. I have pretty sensitive teeth/gums and the soft setting made my gums bleed (brushing and string flossing doesn’t cause them to bleed). I gave it a few days to see if maybe my gums just needed to adjust to the pressure but it didn’t change anything and they bled every time.All of the tips/heads are exactly the same. I’m assuming it’s for multiple people? I’m not really sure.This is being sent back and I’m ordering one with a larger tank and more options to customize the pressure. I’m sure it’s a great product for most people, just didn’t work for me.

I had this product for around two years. It works great.I am ordering a new one because even though it works OK (holds charge for a very long time) I feel like those things need to be replaced as it is very hard to really give it a good clean inside. Also rubber ring on the bottom of the white part gets discolored and you really need to be on top of things (try to let it dry between use) to prevent mold. But like I said this is just part of normal wear, otherwise this particular brand is excellent quality. I had two other brands before this one and they died pretty early.

Purchased on May 2, 2020. While it worked, this device was excellent. However, on March 30, 2021, after plugging in the charger, the device suddenly turned on randomly. No combination or length of button presses/holds would turn it off - I had to put it in the shower and just wait for the battery to run down.The device was extremely hot to the touch, and my guess is that charging it somehow fried a controller component, causing the device to malfunction. Buyer beware - the picture is of the device after it had turned itself on and would not turn off. You can see that two power settings are simultaneously lit, which is NOT normal function for the device.
