These inserts are robust, excellent quality and sturdy. I ordered them specifically to replace those worn out, flimsy pads that came in my sports bras and bralettes that always crease and peel in the wash. I threw them all out and put these in. They are serge stitched all the way around the pad which will prevent peeling so they should last a while. I already washed a pair and they held up very well in the wash with no deformation or creasing. I don't know if they will hold up in the dryer though as I prefer to air dry these. They have extra padding on the bottom of the pads, I guess to give the girls extra lift which is ok although to be honest, I didn't see much difference. They give me a nice rounded, natural shape under my clothes, not pointy or conical. The “push-up” padding measures ½ inch thick but the rest of the pad is ¼ inch thick. The edges taper off so they're not visible under my clothes.I'm a full D cup and a medium size in sports bras and I ordered the C/D size. As you can see in my pics, they're much bigger than the pads that came with one of my sports bras and a bit thicker too so my nips don't show through these. They measure exactly 5.5 inches across at the bottom and 5.5 inches in height for the C/D size and they fit in all my sports bras and bralettes perfectly without shifting around. Overall very happy with these inserts. I ordered 2 sets but will be purchasing another set as back-up.

Great value for the money. If they would’ve been larger I would have given them five stars. Please do not order the A/B unless you are tiny woman. I wear a B cup and this is barely a “A” cup size.

I am a fitness professional so these have been great in feeling comfortable teaching in front of a group of people in just a sport bra and tank top.. and that is another reason why I love these. They are sweat proof! I will sweat in them, just pop them in the laundry, and they’re good as new. Don’t lose shape or cushioning. Sometimes after a full workout they won’t even smell at all lol. On top of working out in them, they have served me extremely well in things like giving bralettes a boost. Perfect quality for what you’re looking for!

After looking at the other reviews, I decided to try these because the flimsy pads that came in my sports bras puckered, wrinkled and migrated in the fabric pocket once laundered and it's too much trouble to remove and reinsert them as the bra manufacturer recommended, so I'd just pull them out completely and the compression would further flatten my small 34B chest.. These pads restored the curves to my breasts, are bulky enough to the sewn edges to easily slide into the fabric pocket, stay securely in place, holding their shape after being washed. I have been air drying them after replacing the pads. They however do not work well as a breast enhancer, worn unsecured in your bra, as they won't stay in place, migrate, and peak out of your clothing. I ordered the C/D which provided a flattering, natural looking fit, shapely, yet not oversized. I am ordering more today to replace them in all my bras.**I tried another style I found on Amaxzon for a bit less and that came with 5 pair but these fit much better in a sports bra. Not so long and pointed so they fold over at the top. I am returning them am reordering these.

These are exactly what I wanted and needed in my life! I bought similar ones before that where more my cup size (B) but realized they are a bit too small for all my bralettes and sports bras (basically all I wear) so I sized up this time(C/D) and they are the best, they fit in all my size medium bralettes and sports bras perfectly and my bathing suit tops too!! Super stoked on these and will be ordering more so I can just have them in every bra and not have to switch them out all the time!

I ordered this product because in the heat I get a rash in my bras and bralettes and I thought maybe this product will help. I love this product, I just got it and I have not washed them yet so far so good. I have not tried to sew them in my bras or put them as inserts in the sports bras or even in some bathing suit. When I try I will write another review.I have sensitive skin and i did not break out thank God. Thank you for making this product.

Really awesome find! They were perfect under my sun dress. Love that they are removable and adjustable! I do however wish they sold an option with even more push up/ padding. Regardless, these worked great and I loved them! I uploaded the photo of me wearing them, aka you can’t even tell :)

order the larger size and they won't move around, always needing to be re-situated. the C/D size stays in place perfectly in my size medium sports bras. these cost a little more because they are much more substantial that the cheaper ones. have ordered 3 times!
