Extremely attractive design, and beautiful wood, however, the fit and finish leave a lot to be desired. The drawer fits in so tightly it is almost impossible to get it out. The lid fit so tightly, we couldn't decide if it was locked or unlocked because we could not open it. Unbelievably tight fit. Almost a little tackiness to the interior finish. I expected more for how expensive this was. I imagined a a high end product with flawless fit and finishes. Only spent so much because it was a special gift. Purchased for a young girl to use for keepsakes of her father who recently passed.

These boxes are beautiful, I ordered one but there was some damage when it arrived. I contacted the company and within 2 days I received an email that a replacement was on the way…. Thank you so much!

Very beautiful box, but it was hard to open and we thought the key was locked in my husband tried everything to try and open it and was scared it would break but he finally got it open and sanded the inside part to help it close and open more freely and not make me hold it every single time I open it and mess everything up inside the box.

Beautiful, Smells nice, and Poorly made. (Imagine you go to let your love one open there carefully packed gift. They open it and find that it has horribly cracked/ broken pieces masterfully installed without a ounce of consideration for the person buying it or the companies helping them sell there product.) There is no way you didn't see those defects all the way through the production process. Anyone buying should immediately inspect it or you may find..? Your very not happy 😥 later on down the road...

The box itself is beautiful. The clasp that shuts it had rust on it however. Also, the lid was there inlaid with Cracked Wood and the pearl adornments were recessed and rough. The finish was great on one side but the other side it was not finished evenly, or even at all in some areas. After paying a $35 shipping fee to revive this I wouldn’t have thought I’d have to send it back. DO NOT BUY. This company clearly skips where it matters and it’s a crapshoot if you’ll get a decent one. Note: I can only add 2 photos, but there were many areas of neglect. (Notice the bottom right of the photos where it is not glossy at all).UPDATE: Returned the box and Amazon states it wasn’t returned properly so THEY WILL NOT BE ISSUING A REFUND. I asked for more details and they said they couldn’t help me or tell me what the issue was…. BUYER BEWARE!

This is a very pretty box and it's made well. The problem with this is that it smells awful. It's been sitting outside for 2 weeks and it still stinks. I'd like to know what toxic chemical is sprayed on this. What ever it is it can't be good for your health. Don't buy Debra H

I did not get the one I ordered but kept it as it was the size I was looking for which was important to me. It was attractive and met my needs.

Beautiful hand crafted box for trinkets. Large enough to hold things like multiple TV remotes and attractive enough to keep out on a coffee table. The beautiful burled wood grain and polished finish would suit most any decor. The workmanship is outstanding. Very nice!
