The pearls were beautiful but it was embarrassing to give my daughter her college graduation gift in a plastic bag. There was no box or certificate of authenticity . Customer service at the Pearl Source gave me exceptional service. They offered to replace the pearls, which I declined. They did send me the box to keep them in. I am now very happy with my purchase.
